The only "real" couple that comes to my mind is Haruka/Michiru from
Sailor Moon, but unfortunately the series is not about them. I always wanted to see an anime dedicated to such a couple, but with no luck.
Adolescence of Utena (the movie) may fit, with all its kisses and the
most beautiful dancing scene I've seen in anime.
