We haven't seen enough of Shirely yet, so it is kind fo diffcult to rate her. At this point she is another childhood friend. Personally I prefer C.C. (Green FTW), I am waiting for her to say to Lulu and rest of the royal brats, "I am your mother."
Don't me ask how i got this crazy theory, i just feels that she closer to the royal fmailiy then has been shown.
