I know a few people with 180+ IQs and they're pretty normal except that they can pick up a densely complex subject they know nothing about and pretty much be an expert in a day or two.

I start to feel uncomfortable in the presence of extremely smart people.
IQ tests are not wide-spread in my country so I dont know what my IQ is. I graduated with distinction, so i dont think i'm an idiot.

As for Futami-san. In the game her being smart didn't have anything to do with her relationships. In fact, it turned out that she's clumsy, or rather that she's terrible at sports. She has strange preferences in food (she's fond of fastfood, potato fries with lots of ketchup) which led Kouichi to think she has no sense of taste.
It's only in the end that Kouichi and Futami shared their thoughts of future life after graduation and she said she's a thing for physics and she wrote a research paper which grants her admittance to a university without exams. On the whole she turned out to be a nice girl, with a sense of humor at that.
