From what I understand, it goes more like:
- Ise - Absurd power level, Dragon Armor, etc
- Yuuto - Skill type who can (temporarily) fight on same level as Ise
- Akeno - Between Holy Lightning and great magical skill, probably the strongest of the girls
- Ross - She actually has the second highest power level in the group
- Rias - I'm not really sure if she belongs here, it'll depend on her new move
- Xenovia - I feel bad that she is this low...
- Gasper - His new powers aside, he's mainly support
- Koneko - She just punches stuff right now, but senjutsu might change that
- Asia - Pure support, but ironically probably the most valuable member aside from Rias (King) and Ise (invincible)
