Just reviewed the thread and I'm surprised that I didn't see this one posted yet:
It's on youtube for a while now and is easily one of the best made MADs. Very good selection of music and scenes(the MAD tells the story of the current timeline, the past timeline, and current timeline again in homura's pov).
