Mmm, I think what Asuna has that separates her from all the other girls, including Alice, is more initiative. I mean if there's something that needs to be done, Asuna will be the first person to step up and take action, sometimes even before Kirito himself.
Heck, at the end of Alicization,
I think that's part of what drew Kirito to her in the first place... well, besides her cooking, that is.
