So basically, the Dragon/Rita interaction showed us how girls should NOT to meet your special person on Valentines Day and how boys should NOT say no (I mean, there are better ways to say no than what he did, but I can forgive him due to his unique issues with himself and Rita).
The last bit... Misaki's Valentine Dumplings! But I'm not sure how chocolate and garlic taste like together.
