(Quite a Lot of them have improved already.)

(Could boast, could copy) (Btw did Godou know how to absorb mana like Ena did from Erica?)
-Storm Bringer/ Black Blade
-Lancelot?
Right? Quite a lot of variety there.
So how come you guys say all other Campione know how Godou's authority work? I am sure Even Doni who have fought the most with Godou don't know everything.
Witenagemot don't know everything about Campiones, they even omit info.
HCC too would hide information.
Edit: Anyway I wonder if the same situations like war among campione have played out in the past. Then all KOTE have to do was wait and Godslayers would take out each others. In that way aren't they all helping out KOTE?.
