I'm going to be the first person here to say no. It's ridiculous, but my parents insist on me being home past 7 PM, unless I happen to be working or studying.

I don't mind a lot though. I sleep a lot, so being home a lot isn't that bad for me.

If it happens to be past 1 PM, I'm less inclined to go out. If it's after 9AM and before 1PM, then I'm more likely to go out. Don't know why.
