4)in the orochimaru flashbacks, we see sandaime conforting him over his parents death. so no sandaime is not his father.

4.a)jiraiya said himself he never had any kids. so naruto can't be his grandson

With regards to the "cant be cause they are cousins" its only in a small minoritory of western countries that cousins cannot get married and have children. It is i believe legal in some states in the US? but it is indeed legal in Japan, so if indeed Tsunade and Jiraiya were cousins, they would be well within their rights to have a relationship, not that i think thats what happened tho
