I doubt that's going to happen, since Beijing is GMT+8, and Japan(Kanto, at least) is GMT+7.
I don't think Olympic events can carry on till that late, to be able to disrupt Macross's airing time(1AM JP, 2AM PRC). Unless of course, the TV stations do replays and commentaries in that time of night.
Come to think of it, the Euros might disrupt broadcasts for about two weeks? Ouch.
