Liliana and Ena have the same power level because she is behind Erica in mastering the paladin spell book ,since Paolo was teaching Erica and when her came back to japan in the fight against divine ancestor she started to teach liliana about the spell .
so in the moment Erica is stronger than Ena and Liliana

That spell she has lets her use an
imperfect form of the ability that let her
equal Ena. She's stronger than the first time they fought, certainly, but not enough to close the gap.
