Hmm I recall the mother and sisters for Shooto, maybe your right, but I'm also firm on the idea that Shiningman is the father of Mirea and her sister.

For a so called "evil organization" they ain't bad of course. Its disguise for whatever revenge they're sorting out. Maybe their father Shiningman was betrayed and killed by the hero association and thats why Mirea big sister formed the group.
