If this series is keeping in the tradition of naming most of its characters after cars (eg Jail Scaglietti after the
Ferrari 612 Scaglietti) just like lots of other anime/manga titles have, then she's probably named after the
Audi Quattro.
Though the numbering system is still possible (eg Uno=1, Nove=9; though Uno is also a
car made by Fiat, but Nove is something else, a
place in Italy).
