I think Ulquiorra's release form might represent something of a dragon possibly, maybe like some kind of reptile. The side of his head, looks like it can extend all the way to his back making some kind of tail-like part on his body. But hey, who knows - maybe he's just so powerful, he's holding back. Or maybe he doesn't have a release form at all.
