It's Kataribanashi-hen. Those story are not Gaiden at all. They are anthologies and some of them have been scanlated.
Matsuribayashi-hen (祭囃し編) is 8 books, but the last volume hasn't been released yet.
In the end of this month, Saikoroshi-hen (賽殺し編) will be started.
It's put with "Rei" name, meanwhile Batsukoishi-hen and Hirukowashi-hen aren't.

Batsukoishi-hen (罰恋し編) is not listed there, because it was published as a gift when you bought volume 3 of Meakashi-hen and Tsumihoroboshi-hen.
If you want to buy it... only in auctions. The anime version of this arc will come next month. That's why the price, as last time I checked, is not cheap.
I bought it with 300Y, but now it's 3000Y.
