She actually has been dead for a long time. Remember the past? Her brother used his contractor powers to pretty much make a clone of her of how she would have been in the future. I'm confident and pretty happy to say she died, Hei doesn't need her.
Well, now that Suou is gone, Hei can get back to the things that
