I know it was a comedy scene, but how stupid are Mahiro, Samon, and Jun? Shouldn't the girlfriend possibilities be remarkably limited? Samon's fruit gathering killed almost everyone in that city! If you're talking about people who were out of town at that time the list should be minimal.
Of course all set up so Hanemura the biggest fool of them all could point out the obvious. What a sad group there.
There should be some insane backlash though from Yoshino revealing the truth to Hakaze. I'm not surprised she just couldn't take it anymore and outright confessed. She couldn't find a way to stop loving Yoshino so she told him so he could figure something out.
