I know you asked for manga but I found both these anime really great. Both have a harem-ish type set up (multiple girls liking the same guy and whatnot) but their are no love triangles (In Ai Yori Aoshi's case the couple are already engaged)
If you haven't seen these shows yet you should check 'em out.
