Hmm, this episode seemed extremely dialog heavy to me. Those who are watching the raws without knowing any Japanese would probably have a hard time trying to find anything funny, as lots of jokes rely on the dialog. This one will again definitely be one I'll have to rewatch as fansub to catch everything.

The part where Yui (the cop) thinks Tsukasa, Kagami and Miyuki are Konata's college friends is pretty funny (Konata is smaller, so she thinks that's how large highschool girls should be, while it's actually Konata who's the exception). For her to think Konata's teacher was one of her "all grown up" classmates was fun too
Probably one of the funnier parts was Konata meeting her teacher online. It shows it's really a bad idea to do so when your trying to get away from reality ("Konata, did you do your homework?")
Other fun moments:
- Tsukasa, and
not Miyuki knowing the proper answer to one of life's mysteries ("What taste is Blue Hawaii lemonade?")
- Kagami picking a piece of cotton candy from Tsukasa's nose and Konata commenting there's no fun (romance) in that happening between girls, then contemplating further on how things would work out in a galge.
- Even the fish agree: Kagami is scary.
- Kagami first criticizes both Konata and Tsukasa for making funny voices in front of the fan, but her father reveals she did so too just this morning...
- Konata finds out that planning to play a MMO for
just 30 minutes never works out (especially when you find a rare item).
Btw, it's Konata (Aya Hirano) again who sings the ending, after Kagami criticizes Tsukasa and Miyuki for not entering a song fast enough.
