One of the posts on the site said that "I am happily with my true love right now" so if we assume they are posting about Summer and misunderstanding her relationship with Yuuta (which we saw some of her other classmates do as well), then it basically eliminates anyone who knows Summer personally and pretty much leaves the stalker.

The post in question wasn't about "Mori Summer", but a testimonial of how her horoscopes have "helped" people, one of them reads "Thanks to Mori Summer's wisdom, I'm happily with my true love" or something like that, but it's clear the post was from a "reader" of Summer's blog.
