Very good episode this week.

Spoiler for ep 8:

Since I noticed Sae from 4 years ago was actually a different Sae, I was wondering from which generation was she, but didn't expect her to be from 76th. It makes sense with how the 75th is known as the cursed generation and 76th isn't as it already produced a successor.

Nice to see the followup from previous ep, where the 75th girls understood by only Chieri being chosen that they lack training, and so they actually made an effort to change that situation.

Why they've been used somewhat as "villains" I can't really dislike the 76th girls. Seems like they also been around for one year without results even though one of them already was able to get there. They likely compared Sae with themselves, and notice how much of a gap there is between them, even though they're from the same generation.

Poor Takamina, I hope Yuuko words will bring some sense back to her. I'm sure one of the reasons Kanata looks up to her so much isn't because she is someone who would give up. Although also poor Kanata, she is getting haunted up by her past again with what happened today.

Also interesting about what Yuuko said is that we may get another drama in the future if one girl like Nagisa, Chieri or Kanata inherits a name and become a rival to Yuuko in becoming a Center Nova.

Is that a problem? I do enjoy anime a lot and am loving this show, even though I don't have any interest in idols (nor seiyuus, nor popstars for instance). It has a good and interesting story, the characters are pretty likeable. While liking real AKB should help enjoy it because all of the references I think it can be pretty likeable to anime fans who don't care about them.
