Seriously, I'm not even looking at it with yuri goggles or anything, but it really is pretty suspect. Let's see:
1. She went all over the casino looking for her, and is immediately interested on first sight.
2. She wants her to be her big sister, even calling her Onee-sama (thanks Railgun and Kuroko for altering what this word means for me
)
3. The aforementioned 'indecent proposal'
4. She's the one who 'accidentally' rip off Rio's wedding dress.
Of course, I'm just kidding, besides with her age chances of a serious romantic focus is close to impossible anyway...

Ehh, I don't mind all that much. Personally, I find the over-the-top gambling duel at the end the most interesting part of the episode, I won't mind if the series is more focused on that (with fanservice too, of course, let's not forget its roots). As long as they realize how silly it would be...
