How much do you exercise? Do you eat fairly healthy? I went through a period of depersonalization similar to what you describe when I was younger, and exercise and nutrition really helped me out. They will help alter your neurochemistry (serotonin and dopamine) to healthy levels while giving you goals to work towards. The combination of those two factors (goals and health) is potent.
