Spoiler for On a second watch through with a better stream, things to notice:

- Mikono overlaps Kagura and Amata again.
- She recognizes him and there is a long, peculiar pause before she freaks out when he brings her in for what seems to be a kiss.
- Amata/Zessica/Mikono react with *wtf* at him calling out to his Sylphie.
- Kagura is not teleported away, he's enveloped by flowers and we don't see him on Mykage's side after everything is done.
- Kagura is probably still on Vega.

Spoiler for Kagura and Amata:

I'm believing more and more that Kagura and Amata are parts of the same person. Possibly one was made from the other by Mikage. Mikono sees them overlapping multiple times, Amata's lack of smell that Kagura noticed. It being mentioned that Amata is supposed to have Amber eyes since it is confirmed he is the son of Alicia. Kagura having said amber eyes. Likely Amata was reborn as the reincarnation of Apollo but Mikage forcibly separated the Apollo part from Amata and created Kagura.
