I don't think there's any one point in which Taiga goes from like to love. If you watch it again you'll see that her love develops quite slowly but surely. We get hints as early as episode 2 and from thn on there are further hints that her relationship with Ryuuji is developing. One interesting hint was near the end of episode 9 when Taiga and Ryuuji are talking at midnight.
