While I agree with the latter two, the first one doesn't fit imo.
I think it's more:
Ryougi Shiki -> Tohno Shiki/Arcueid/Hisui
Mikiya -> Tohno Shiki
Arcueid/Hisui -> Saber
On a side note: Leo Shirazumi -> Tohno SHIKI (Roa)
