Most of us use Virtual Dub to capture the pictures; I'm pretty sure it has a video feed option that takes all the screencaps of a given time sequence on its own, but I usually do it manually (move 1 frame forever, copy via [Ctrl] + [1], paste it in ImageReady, repeat); if the sequence has that too frames to cap then it probably wouldn't be worth doing. ^_^;;
