I'm going to step away from the Kagura/Amata spec because its far too vague, and we're just going to run in circles.
Instead, here's one more peculiarity from this last episode.
Spoiler for Powers:
Kagura and Mikono's powers are opposites: Mikono creates (bonds), Kagura reverse or undoes (things).
Now that I think of it... all of our main characters have matching pairs (alike or inverses), irregardless of the relationship:
- Jin and Yunoha - Shield and Invisibility. Isolaters.
- Andy and MIX - Holes... yup, holes. One makes, the other fills.
- Cayenne and Shrade - Sees the darkness in people's future, sees/brings out the light/darkness in people's hearts. They are clearly a couple.
- Mikono and Kagura - Creation and destruction (undo what has been done).
- Amata - Flight/Projects Wings
- Zessica - Force/Projects Giant Buddha Hands to smash mountains/Torments metal poles/Makes mirrors show her stuff (??)
The only oddities are Amata and Zessica, his *Flight* is entirely unrelated to Mikono's and Zessica is all on her own with *Force*. Should I mention that three characters actually have abandonment issues, and that we keep overlooking one because it smacked us in the face with comedy a while back?
