the Ichihanaransa is held probably new year or next year as an opening day of the year though I'm not so sure.

one thing is sure. It's more than a month before it comes. So given the time of WWIII and the unknown days Touma is gone. Probably it's getting nearer but still not over. The Ichihanaransai will probably happen in NT.
