After reading some old French literature, (e.g. Tristan and Yseut), I think that coniurrez can be 'convives', which are people attending the banquet. So it could be translated as 'seven invited will shine (luyre is similar to luire) in the banquet.'

The Latin part is basically about water and thirst.
