Don't press it like crazy...since you get very little bar if you don't aim at the head or the hand. Aim for the right hand for 100% + no kill (which gives you more fame), or the head if you want to kill them. Remember, it's not whoever shoots the quickest in the time frame, it's whoever shoots the most accurate to get the most bar wins.
