Hm ... an interference from the outside ... yes that's a possibility as well. I have to say ... that it would be pretty exiting to see how Issa Shuzen currently looks like, but since Akasha hadn't changed that much, in a period of 200 years ... it seems that Issa wouldn't look any different compared to how he looked in the flashback t o Moka's childhood.
After all, for now, it seems that ... after the R+V vampires reach a certain age ... they don't become older ... not to mention the fact tha,t even after living for 200 years the vampire women are still able to conceive a healthy child , which suggests that the R+V vampires don't grow older anymore ... once they reach a certain age (probably when they become adults) ...
Still, while it would be pretty interesting to see Moka's dad appearing in the Wong family mansion ... for now ... it doesn't seem likely that something like that is going to occur ...
