Mythbusters did something similar with a human peeing on the third rail (which has a deadly current running through it). They found that at distance between the crotch and the ground, the current cannot reach the body and kill the human because the pee isn't continuous anymore. However, this only happens for larger heights. When squatting, the pee will be, or should be, continuous upon contact with the third rail, thus killing the human.
