After playing Puzzdex for a while, finally managed to obtain one of the illustrations and special card associated with it.
Luckily it happens to be Saten

As the illustrations gets better with levels.
It seems as it wants maxed rank of this card + 4 additional Saten cards , which looks quite easy when compared to others.
(Not sure what that 進 is supposed to mean, normaly it is not there)
