No she does not remember Teresa's face, but i don't know if she remembers her name. I do know that she wants to kill Clare in hopes of feeling the same pleasure as when she killed Teresa.
But in Chapter 103 page 21 it also stated that she had regained her memories. (I assume all of them excluding Teresa's face)
