And how does that relate to chocolate much? After the game and anime gets out of the prologue before the elections, the group rarely spend time on the club. Also the fact still remained that no route beside Mifuyu's mentions Chisato's chocolate problem, because there was no reason to seeing that you are stuck in Chisato's route in your first playthrough
