There are cases where a nephew or niece will have characteristics of of their uncle or aunt.
Ranshe looking like Sheryl with green hair. Not to mention the irony. Ranshe was sick of the same disease as Sheryl.
Also Ozma wondering if it was coincidense that Ranka was playing Mao.
