After her job is finished and all the Youka clones are exterminated and the mitosis gene removed from the one survivor (I'm not sure if the survivor is the real thing or not), Fran somehow gathered the cop girl clones together for a battle royale so the survivor can become the real cop girl again. The survivor, of course, have all memories of this process removed, supposedly also with her own mitosis gene and her "hunter instincts" (though with Fran you never know), and she thought she was the real thing and the whole bloody affair is just a nightmare.
Pure evil.

Thanks for explaining it, makes sense now. When those other cops clones appeared there, it completely
me. I assumed since they never mentioned anything about cloning her, it never happened, so that blinded me to that conclusion.

Admittedly though, I like it better when Fran is actually a nice girl and not a nice horrifying-evil-scientist girl. The chapter where she helped the little girl was my favorite. Aww, *group hugs*.

Spoiler for chap 14:
Yeah, when it comes down to Fran, you're like
. You'd think dying would be the easy way out, but Fran, always with the "modifications" to people, is definitely more frightening than an instant, painless death. I'm sure we'll be seeing more of Veronica(and how she's handling that chip Fran implanted) soon
.
The "nice horrifying-evil-scientist girl" aspect is what makes her so fun
. At least when she does it unintentionally, like chap 2, and not like, say chap 5.

There's not much of a plot though, if any.

Yeah, chap 2 and 4 are my favorite ones. She needs more schooltime :\.
There IS a plot; to benefit mankind through surgical creation and manipulation. That's Fran's ultimate objective(not that THAT really creates a plot >.>).
Might as well ask what happened at the end of chap 8 as well. Call me stupid, but I just don't understand what happened.
