Well knowing how random and unrealistic the anime series got i won't rule this out

Sekai and Makoto will realize there errors on what happened and will become friends
Makoto will sleep with Sekai as they just have become friends.
Makoto and Sekia will kill Kotonoha.
There, it has a happy story of them being brought back from dead and realizing how awfull the time was before they died and how stupid they were that they let there love get out of control like it did, then they become more than friends
again, and plot a plan to kill Kotonoha. So then it has happiness and tradigy.
