I'm not sure why it's not listed. It's not in the License Database, and neither
Wikipedia nor
ANN mention a licensor for season one. The second season is obviously on
Crunchyroll.
As I recall, it was pulled from the unlicensed database when Crunchy picked up the second season, but there's no indication they intend to carry season one. And, of course, policies have changed since then about CR shows anyway.
