I would like if possible to have it be a banner siggi with a nice smooth animated loop if possible. Having a border is up to the maker, what ever looks best. Thanks in advance :-)

PS I can't find a YT video of this episode, all of them have been removed. It's on Hulu and other sites that have anime.
