Cool..
The hand-grip of the sword looks a lil' uhh eaten off..
The bottom part of the character.. uhh.. shouldn't I be able to see thru it..
The charcter overal looks good.. it, maybe could use just a tady bit softening to make it feel more into the BG.. but it's nice.

Just one lil' complint it's not AS friendly.. why?!
