Small correction,

Spoiler for 207 Cohort:

the training cohort was initially UN 207 training cohort with Akane and the rest. It was split into the 207B squad after they failed the first time and had to retake the survival test. By the time the rest joined, only Akane was left. The others from 207A died. Whether it was coincidental that all the politicals reminded in 207B is unknown.
