Normally I would expect a fan service type of episode but when I look at the title of the OVA.
"Ani, Imouto, Koibito" ("Big Brother, Little Sister, Lover").
The word "lover" stands out to me, which hinders my usual expectation of just an extra and instead raises my hope of getting a conclusion.
