Because it doesn't matter? Senshado is just
one extra curricular activity. Most schools' survival isn't tied to it in anyway. It's more about the number of students, and there are a number of other factors.
Ooarai may escape the axe thanks to Senshado because it's popular, but the schools you named probably weren't in danger in the first place. Maybe because their home ports are big cities with lots of kids, maybe for other reasons (maybe the French school raises champions in competitive flower arranging? Maybe the Australian one has a great CS program? Who knows?).
