In the first two situations, Kamito would have likely to have died in the process as well. Which effectively end the series.
In the third situation, Rubia and team would be instantly disqualified from the Blade Dance, and Restia's/Rubia plan would have totally fucked up.
Plus, I doubt murdering Claire would have endeared Kamito with Restia, it might provoke the exact opposite effect, and not to mention bump the ranks of the rest of the harem a head of Restia.
