She loves the guy, and years of acting on her feelings get the best of her. She loved him so much that just look for how long she held a grudge for him. Once the misunderstanding was gone, all the pent-up love came overflowing. she knows she has to repress those feelings for the sake of Kaede in her mind, but her heart make her act before she realizes it.
