You are making assumptions.
First there is no proof that Liber Al vel Legis is an original grimore.
Second, Index have somethign stored in her head doesn't mean she understand it, plus Index never has the real book inside her, all the Grimores in her are just copy and paste. Last, it has been hinted that the content of Liber Al vel Legis is likely to be soemthing completly different from what people believe it is.
