Found an amazing site with Railgun/Index Cosplays.
I was always depressed with the amount of Railgun/Index cosplayers on Comikets (and similar events), but here are literally thousands of images.

If you want a specific character, you need to use tags. They are at the top in that bluish "box" (not the white one), that has written キャラクター (character).
It's in Japanese, but you SHOULD know the name of your fav. character in japanese!! ( or just go randomly
